David Caesar is a highly experienced expert in Human Resource Management and Organizational Transformation, with over 30 years of experience in HR strategy, change management, and business consulting. His career has spanned multiple industries across Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, and North America, where he has led organizational development initiatives that drive efficiency, workforce optimization, and cultural transformation.

He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development (MSOD) from American University, a Professional Master’s in Human Resources from Georgetown University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Heriot-Watt University, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of the West Indies.

Throughout his career, David has successfully led large-scale restructuring and workforce planning initiatives, improving operational efficiency and talent alignment. He has also designed and implemented strategic HR frameworks and performance management systems, enhancing business outcomes and employee engagement. In addition, he has facilitated executive leadership programs, equipping senior leaders with tools for effective decision-making and organizational growth.

Anthony Haynes B.Sc., M.B.A.

Anthony Haynes is a seasoned C-suite executive and business transformation specialist with over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing and energy sectors across the Caribbean and Guyana. His career began as a maintenance engineer in the petrochemical industry, and he has since progressed to leading organizational excellence, strategic HR management, and business restructuring initiatives at the executive level.

He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University College London and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. His expertise extends into academia, where he has served as an adjunct lecturer in Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Project Management.

Anthony has successfully led multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring completion within budget and timeline constraints, while optimizing business performance. He has also spearheaded turnaround strategies for struggling businesses, transforming them into profitable, customer-centric organizations. His leadership in employee engagement and change management initiatives has significantly improved company culture and workforce productivity.

Dr. Jeannine Comma, PhD

Dr. Jeannine Comma is an accomplished Leadership and Organizational Development Specialist with extensive expertise in strategic planning, corporate governance, and executive leadership development.

She is the former Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and Management, University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Under her leadership, the institution evolved into a regional center of excellence, providing executive education and professional development for leaders across the private and public sectors. Dr. Comma played a pivotal role in expanding program relevance, driving organizational growth, and ensuring long-term sustainability, equipping executives and managers with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve business excellence and enhance organizational performance.

Dr. Comma holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master of Arts in Adult Learning from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of the Virgin Islands. Her extensive global experience spans the wider Caribbean, Singapore, Delhi, Morocco, South Africa, Ghana, Nairobi, London, and Canada, where she has been a keynote speaker, facilitator, and consultant for leadership development programs, executive workshops, and corporate governance training.

Her expertise extends to designing and facilitating leadership retreats, governance workshops for Boards of Directors, and talent development programs. She has collaborated with organizations such as the Commonwealth Association of Public Administration and Management (CAPAM), the United Nations (UN), and the Commonwealth Secretariat to develop and deliver transformational leadership training.

Jeannine’s extensive experience and practical insights have led her to be selected for the Board of Directors for several prominent organizations, including Sagicor Life Inc., Sagicor Bank, Barbados Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation, The Estates Group of Companies, the Errol and Nita Barrow Educational Trust, the Barbados Entrepreneurship Foundation, and the International Women’s Forum (Barbados chapter).
